Kohls has one of the worst return policies EVER. I could literally walk in to the store, pick something up, go back and say I want to return this, but I don't have the receipt, and they would give me in store credit. Serious? That's a horrible return policy!
Even worse. I went in to exchange my wallet today. Three weeks ago I bought a wallet and belt (buy one get one half off). The wallet cost $26 and the belt cost $24, after the half off rebate it was $40.28. So... I went in to exchange the wallet. The new wallet that I wanted cost $28 instead of $26, so I should just have to pay a difference of $2, right? No. Since I'm only "returning" one item I only get the different half of what I originally paid. So by returning the wallet I get $19.64. Are you serious? I just want to EXCHANGE the wallet for a different one and I'll pay the difference. "I'm sorry, it doesn't work that way." Well your policy is STUPID! So what did I have to do? I had to go back to my house, get the freaking belt, take them both back, return the wallet AND the belt together only to purchase the belt again, and the new wallet for a grand total of $42.40. Hello, dipstick, That's $2.12, EXACTLY what I wanted to do in the first place.
Kohls, do yourself a favor and get a new return/exchange policy, cause this guy isn't coming back. Ever. Period. Pain in the place where the sun don't shine!
